The short version
Your project data is yours. You can export it or delete it any time. We don't sell it, mine it, or show your numbers to anyone you haven't granted. Don't use ashiba to break the law; we can suspend accounts that do.
1 · Your account
One company per account. You're responsible for who you invite and what page grants you give them. Sub and client links act on your behalf — revoke them when a relationship ends.
2 · Your data
Estimates, actuals, photos, and documents you upload remain your property. We process them only to run the service. Full export available on every plan; deletion is permanent within 30 days.
3 · The service
Provided as-is during the founding-builder phase; we target 99.9% availability and tell you honestly when we miss. ashiba is a record-keeping tool, not professional, legal, or engineering advice.
