Every plan includes a monthly allowance. A credit buys one unit of AI work — reading an invoice photo, drafting a client update, suggesting a band from your history. The allowance is use-it-or-lose-it — credits refresh each cycle and don’t roll over, so the price can track a market where AI costs move fast. Want more mid-cycle? Buy a top-up anytime.

What counts as an “active” project?
Anything not archived. Archive a job at final inspection and it stops billing that month — the data stays readable and keeps feeding your estimating database, free, forever.
Do PMs, subs, or clients cost anything?
No. People are never the meter — jobs are. Invite the whole crew and every homeowner.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Buy a top-up anytime — the moment you want more AI, it’s there, so a good run never gets blocked. Prefer to wait? Next month’s allowance refreshes on its own. The included monthly allowance is use-it-or-lose-it and doesn’t roll over; a top-up you purchase is yours to spend. The app itself never stops — credits only gate the AI, not your data.
Can I switch between Solo and Company?
Any time, prorated. Solo with a second job starting? Upgrade for the overlap, drop back down when one closes.
